CheeseBurger with fried onions

Cheeseburgers are a classic fast food... Today I bring you a spectacular version with fried onions that will drive you crazy

Hello everyone, today I bring you one of my favorite quick recipes, fried onion cheeseburgers.

Ingredients

1 kilo of ground beef 20% fat / 80% meat

12 strips of bacon

10 slices of cheese

1 or 2 large tomatoes

4 hamburger buns

Fried onion

2 or 3 medium onions

1/2 kilo of wheat flour

2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons of turmeric

2 tablespoons of salt

2 tablespoons of pepper

Sauce

30% Mustard

60% Mayonnaise

10% Pickle Relish

Preparation

Start by preparing the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish. reserve. Cut the tomatoes into slices and reserve them too.

Now cut the onions as thin as possible. Season the flour with paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Mix everything very well and now add the onions little by little to the mixture. smear them everywhere. Shake the onion to remove excess flour and place it in the fryer. Fry the onions until they are golden and crispy, let them rest on a rack so they don't lose their crunchy.

Place the bacon strips on your hot grill and remove them when they are golden on both sides. Now place meat balls of approximately 90 to 100 gr on the griddle, flatten them, season with salt and pepper. When it is almost completely cooked, turn it over, put a slice of cheese on top of the burger and that's it. Only the assembly remains.

Heat your bread a little with a little butter, place a sauce base on the bread, a slice of tomato, meat, cheese, bacon, cheese meat, a handful of fried onion and close with the other bread spread with our sauce.

That's it... you can enjoy it!!
