Garlic chicken

Today I bring you my favorite garlic chicken recipe, it is super simple but full of flavor, so without further ado, let's get started.

Hello everyone, today we bring you the best garlic chicken recipe that you are going to eat in your life.

Ingredients

Chicken pieces (thighs and wings)

4 whole garlic

6 very small minced garlic

2 bay leaves

1 sprig of rosemary

the skin of half a lemon (only the green)

1 bunch of fresh parsley

10 fresh mint leaves

1 cup of chicken broth

1 glass of white wine

Preparation

Start by seasoning the chicken with sea salt or coarse salt, pepper, cumin and a drizzle of oil. Mix very well so all the chicken are well covered and then put them on the grill.

The first thing to do is mark all the pieces over direct heat, until they are golden. Do it directly to the fire so they catch the flavor of the smoke and add this to the final dish.

Now place a frying pan (paella pan) directly on the fire with a little oil and place all the chicken in it, add the wine and the broth, the minced garlic and the crushed garlic (you do not have to remove the skin), mix and add the spices. Remember to put a little rosemary since its flavor tends to be very strong and to overshadow the rest of the spices.

Move the pan over indirect heat, put the lid on the grill if you have one, and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes so that the chicken is done inside.

Meanwhile, chop the parsley and mint very small, mix them and add them to the chicken when it is ready.

Well friends, we have finally finished the best garlic chicken you are going to eat in your life. The sauce is a delight and cannot be wasted so don't forget to buy some French bread to go with it.
